Jez Holmes founded Raven Innovation in 2023 with a mission to provide warfighters with advanced technology.
With over ten years of experience in capability acquisition, Jez Holmes has a proven track record in the defence sector. As a founding member and former Head of the Royal Air Force’s Rapid Capabilities Office (RCO), Jez has spearheaded global strategic programmes and supported start-ups with mentorship and sponsorship.
